Apollo’s take on “Life After Death by Powerpoint”

For this Friday’s video, we have found an interesting video and PowerPoint presentation “Life after death by PowerPoint” by Don McMillan. PowerPoint is a unique business tool that can help you communicate effectively and efficiently to your clients, while also having the potential to hurt you if not used in a professional and sophisticated manner.

Blue Pony, our sister company, couldn’t agree more. Let them take your current PowerPoint and move it to the next level, making you look good!

Friday’s Fun Video

Recently I received Protocol’s Magazine and on the front cover was “Advanced projection techniques – Video mapping”. This made me think of our sister company, Blue Pony, and a 3D projection mapping project they recently worked on. To read more about their project click here. To enjoy their video , view below.

A Tribute To Our Troops

As Americans celebrate their independence and freedoms this holiday weekend, we would like to pay tribute to our troops who have fallen, have served, and are serving. Apollo’s sister company Blue Pony put together this video as a way of saying thanks. We hope you enjoy it.

Blue Pony Sighting

Check out a project Blue Pony (Apollo’s sister company) was involved with, “Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief”.  Their content was used on the backdrop of the dance club during some of the movie scenes in the casino. Click here to view their portfolio.

What is the future of gobos?

I spent some time surfing the internet while acting like I was watching “Dancing with the Stars” with my wife.   I did glance up during each dance to get an impression of the lighting changes and take note of the gobos and digital media used.  In past shows I have seen digital images made by our sister company Blue Pony as well as our gobos.  Tonight was the first time I saw all digital projections on the main dancing area.  With that my question is ”What is the future of gobos?”   I would love to hear everyone’s opinion.
